      Jalapeno seeded & chopped 1 tbsp.

      Steamed lobster meat{}{} 8 oz.

      Method;

      Bake potato until done & cut in half horizontally

      Core out{} into mixing{} add butter & cream

      Whip thoroughly

      Add fold in all ingredients except for parmesan

      Pipe into potato shell & top grated parmesan

      Bake at 375 for 15 min
