Chopped garlic 1 tsp.

Chopped shallot{} 1tlbsp

Gruyere cheese 3 cups

Bchamel{}{}{} 3 cups{}

Pernod 1 tbsp.

Basil chopped{}{}{} 1/8 cup

Macaroni Cooked {}{}1 lb.

Butter 2 tbsp.

Bread crumbs (optional)

Method of preparation

In medium sauce pot melt butter

Add shrimp, shallot, garlic, & let cook for 3 min

Deglaze with pernod & add bchamel 2 cups of the bchamel lobster

Macaroni, & basil let simmer for 2min

Spoon mixture into baking dish & bake for 15 min at 375*
