Two step-brothers were arrested in Crawford County after police discovered a body in a shallow grave and pipe bombs inside a home.
Deputies arrested Nicholas Barrows, 19, and Johnathan Bridgewater, 27, after finding the body near their home on Highway 348 in Rudy.
Investigators say the body is believed to have been in the grave for a week.
The sheriff's department plans to reach out to other counties with missing person reports to possibly identify the body.
Three pipe bombs were found inside the home. The Fort Smith bomb squad safely detonated the bombs.
Both men have been charged with first degree murder and could face more charges.
