LITTLE ROCK (KATV) - A woman faces a felony endangering the welfare of a minor charge after her two-year-old child was found alone near a busy street Saturday.
According to Little Rock Police Department spokesman Lt. Sidney Allen, just after noon, police responded to the home of a woman who said she had found the toddler near the 1400 block of Cantrell Road.
The woman reportedly couldn't find an adult or parent at that location and took the child to her house.
Officers went to the place where the 2-year-old was found and met three people who were looking for the child.
After the three were taken to a police station for questioning, officers arrested the toddler's mother, 28-year-old Talitha White.
