4th man charged with capital murder in LR death

LITTLE ROCK, Ark. (AP) - A fourth suspect has been arrested and charged with capital murder in a 2011 slaying in southwest Little Rock.

Police on Monday said 24-year-old Mark Goolsby of Pine Bluff was arrested in the Dec. 30 shooting death of Greg Smith.

Goolsby was arrested in Pine Bluff on Saturday. On Sunday, he was returned to Little Rock and charged.

The three other people charged with capital murder in the slaying are Rashun Goins, Stevie Rogers and Christopher Rogers.

It wasn't clear whether Goolsby has an attorney. He's being held on no bond.
