GARLAND COUNTY (KATV) - A 70-year-old man has been charged in the alleged rapes of two girls, ages 7 and 9.
William Edward Woodell turned himself in to police Friday night. According to the Garland County Sheriff's office, the mother of the two girls - who are from Glenwood - told police both girls told her that Woodell had touched them inappropriately and made them touch him.
Woodell faces two felony counts of rape. If convicted, he could receive a life sentence for each count.
