Aircraft head to Little Rock to avoid storm

LITTLE ROCK AIR FORCE BASE, Ark. (AP) - The U.S. Air Force is moving an as yet undetermined number of aircraft from Hurlburt Filed, Fla. to Little Rock Air Force Base in Arkansas.

The move is being made to allow the aircraft to avoid potentially severe weather cause by Tropical Storm Karen in the Gulf of Mexico.

The aircraft will return to the Florida base when the weather clears.
