Alert two sounded for flight landing in Little Rock

LITTLE ROCK (KATV) - Around 2:00 p.m. Friday an alert two was sounded for American Eagle flight 4325 flying from Chicago O'Hare International to Little Rock.

After reports of smoke in the cockpit, the alert two was sounded for the CRJ145 aircraft. An alert two references a full emergency suspected to have an operational defect to the extent that there is danger of an accident.

The plane did however land safely on the UPS runway at the Bill and Hilary Clinton National Airport.
