Ark. legislators to play basketball for charity

LITTLE ROCK, Ark. (AP) - Members of the Arkansas House and Senate will meet in a basketball game this month to benefit Big Brothers Big Sisters of Central Arkansas.

The game will be held March 19 at 7 p.m. in the Jack Stephens Center on the campus of the University of Arkansas at Little Rock.

Tickets will be $5. The game will include celebrity players, coaches and other guests.

The leaders of the House and Senate promise a fun, competitive game, but Senate President Michael Lamoureux says he suspects his celebrity players will ensure the trophy will be on display on the Senate side of the Capital after the game.
