Arkansas looks to avoid three-game losing streak

FAYETTEVILLE (AP) - Arkansas coach Bret Bielema hopes to avoid a three-game losing streak this week when the Razorbacks travel to No. 18 Florida.

Bielema has lost more than two games in a row just once in his career, a four-game stretch while at Wisconsin in 2008.

Arkansas (3-2, 0-1 Southeastern Conference) lost to No. 9 Texas A&M 45-33 last week, but Bielema was pleased with how well the offense looked in the return of quarterback Brandon Allen. The sophomore had missed a loss to Rutgers a week earlier with a shoulder injury, but he threw for a career-high 282 yards and three touchdowns against the Aggies.

The game against the Gators (3-1, 2-0) is the second of four straight against ranked opponents for the Razorbacks.
