Arkansas man dies in Oklahoma interstate crash

ELK CITY, Okla. (AP) - Authorities say an Arkansas man is dead after crashing his motorcycle in western Oklahoma.

The Oklahoma Highway Patrol says the crash happened Sunday afternoon on Interstate 40 near the Oklahoma-Texas border in Beckham County. According to a preliminary report, 63-year-old George Racke Jr. was driving his motorcycle west on the interstate when he crashed.

Racke was from Eureka Springs, Ark. The highway patrol says it's not yet known why Racke's motorcycle left the roadway and overturned.
