GREENWOOD, Ark. (AP) - An Arkansas man has been sentenced to six years in prison for animal abuse after authorities found emaciated dogs at his former home.The Times Record reports (http://bit.ly/1p9T8ZE ) 38-year-old Randy Snyder of Greenwood pleaded guilty on Wednesday to aggravated cruelty to a dog.Authorities say three starving dogs were found chained in Snyder's backyard last September. They say the animals' spines, ribs and hip bones were visible.Authorities say they found two cats inside the home.
