Arkansas State beats Florida Atlantic, 5-4

JONESBORO (AP) - Kristina Rivera scored in the 85th minute to give Arkansas State the winning margin in a 5-4 victory Saturday over Florida Atlantic on senior day in Jonesboro.

Rivera scored into the corner of the goal after receiving a pass from Jordan Adam.

The Red Wolves improved to 10-7-1 on the season, and 4-4-1 the Sun Belt Conference. This is the first 10-win season in school history for the Red Wolves, and it guarantees ASU will finish with its first winning season in school history.

ASU closes its season on Friday at Arkansas-Little Rock.
