Arrest made in teen's death near LR Central High

LITTLE ROCK, Ark. (AP) - Police have made an arrest in the kidnapping and shooting death of a teenager whose body was found in the street near historic Little Rock Central High School.

Little Rock police said 46-year-old Daryl Dennis was booked into jail Thursday on charges of capital murder, aggravated robbery and kidnapping.

Police have been looking for a suspect since 18-year-old Forrest Abrams of Fayetteville was found slain on May 10.

Abrams and a friend were refueling at a gas station when three people kidnapped them at gunpoint. The gunmen let Abrams' friend go but drove away with Abrams.
