Balloon release to honor foster care kids

LITTLE ROCK, Ark. (AP) - Four hundred balloons will be released Tuesday in honor of the children in the state's foster care system.

The Department of Human Services' Division of Children and Family Services will be releasing the balloons at the Little Rock Farmer's Market.

One balloon represents 10 foster care kids in the state.

The release is scheduled to take place at 3:30 p.m.
