PEA RIDGE, Ark. (AP) - Investigators in Benton County have renewed interest in the disappearance of a 15-year-old girl in 2006.
Benton County Sheriff Kelley Cradduck says the agency received an anonymous letter that provided new leads in the case. Cradduck says there are new persons of interest.
April Andrew vanished while walking to church on Nov. 18, 2006, in Pea Ridge.
Fayetteville television station KHOG reports (http://is.gd/7UG6r4 ) that investigators are talking to some figures in the case who were interviewed at the time of the girl's disappearance.
Also, after receiving the letter, deputies searched a pond but did not find new evidence.
