Board agrees to doctoral program at Arkansas Tech
RUSSELLVILLE, Ark. (AP) - The Arkansas Higher Education Coordinating Board has agreed to Arkansas Tech University's proposal to offer a doctoral program.
The board on Friday approved the Doctor of Education in school leadership program at ATU in Russellville.
The program is intended to for kindergarten through 12th grade education professionals who currently serve or wish to serve in school district leadership positions.
