Bryant woman loves dancing, is "Full of Life"

An 86-year-old Bryant woman is dancing circles around those half her age in this week's Full of Life story.

People who know Lillie Bacus know she has a love for life and for those around her, and she wouldn't have it any other way.
Bacus may use a cane to get around in her everyday activities but she'll drop it in a minute to get on the dance floor.
Every Wednesday Ms. Bacus heats up the dance floor at the Bryant Senior Center.
Originally from Jackson County, Miss., Bacus raised five children of her own and today has so many grandchildren and great-grandchildren they're hard to count.
She said it's her love of family that keeps her going strong.
"I'm just happy I've come this far," Bacus said. "I've got a great family and I'm really proud of myself and proud of my family."
Even with all the family, Bacus still enjoys meeting new people.
She was a greeter at the local Wal-mart for over 18 years and was honored many times for the great attitude she brought to her job.
"She's just a loving, wonderful, caring person. She makes the most of each day and doesn't waste a minute," Bacus' daughter Maude Caudle said. "She has an attitude, a philosophy of 'Wherever I'm planted, I'm gonna bloom.' And she's really bloomed."
