      Cabbage Rolls

      3lb of ground Boston Butt1 Can of Rotel1 Can of Diced Tomatoes1 tsp. Cheyenne Pepper1 tsp. salt3/4 c. rice1 cabbage headCore the cabbage - put in boiling water with a fork - cover the leaves and take them off one by one and let drain upside down.Mix rotel, diced tomatoes, cheyenne pepper, rice, pork and saltScoop the mix in a cabbage leaf, roll and put in hot water, bring to boil then cover and simmer for 3 hours.
