Caught on camera: Dollar General burglary

Police have released surveillance video of a Dollar General burglary and want the public's help to identify the man responsible.The incident occurred July 12 just after midnight at Dollar General at 15620 MacArthur in North Little Rock. According to the surveillance video, the black male suspect shattered the glass in the front door of the store, then filled up a shopping basket with various merchandise. He used a hammer to break a glass case, stole several packs of cigarettes, then left the store.Police say they found a large amount of what appeared to be dried blood on the floor amid the broken glass from the cigarette case.If you have any information on this suspect, please call the Pulaski County Sheriff's Office at (501)340-6940 or the Crimestoppers tip line at (501)340-TIPS.
