Chobani voluntarily recalls Greek yogurt, cites product concerns
TWIN FALLS, Idaho (CNN) - The Food and Drug Administration says it has received at least 89 reports of people becoming sick after eating Chobani Greek-style yogurt manufactured in Twin Falls, Idaho.
The Agency said those reports have not been confirmed. Still, Chobani voluntarily recalled some yogurts last week after customers complained about swollen or bloated packages.
Last week, the New Berlin, N. Y. company released a statement saying its investigators had revealed a type of mold commonly found in the dairy environment.
More information about the voluntary recall can be found on the FDA's website.
