Deputies: Domestic fight led to fatal shooting
WHITE COUNTY (KATV) — White County authorities are investigating a domestic fight that led to a fatal shooting.Deputies found Willis Terry, 52, shot at a home on 141 Capps Rd in Judsonia Wednesday.A witness told authorities Terry was physically assaulting his estranged wife, Robin Terry, when the shooting happened. Robin reportedly had an order of protection against Terry. "We want to make sure that before we go any farther or before we complete the investigation that we know exactly what happened," explained Chief Deputy Phillip Miller with the White County Sheriff's Office. Robin Terry's son, Hunter Leonard, 18, was outside the home during the shooting but was not harmed.No arrests have been made.Prosecuting attorneys will determine if charges will be filed once the investigation is complete.
