The family of the Floridaboy with the same brain infection as Benton's Kali Hardig now says they arestill holding onto hope.
Saturday the familyannounced on Facebook the amoeba had left 12-year-old Zachary Reyna brain dead.
The Reyna family wrote on FacebookSunday:
"We respect thedoctors protocol but we continue with our faith and believe God will step in onhis time irregardless of what has been said. We ask that you continue to prayand believe along with us."
The family had previouslyposted Zachary was being kept alive by a ventilator so that his organs could bedonated. It's unclear whether Zachary is still connected to the ventilator.
