Woman formerly involved with McDaniel charged with manslaughter

HOT SPRINGS (KATV) - The Hot Springs attorney formerly involved with Attorney General Dustin McDaniel has been charged with manslaughter.

Garland County officials issued arrest warrants for Attorney Andrea Davis, 36, and her brother Matthew Davis. Both wanted for the death of Maxwell Anderson who was shot outside the home of Andrea Davis in February 2012.

According to the Arkansas Democrat-Gazette, an attorney for the siblings said he made arrangements with the special prosecutor in the case for both Andrea and Matthew Davis to surrender this week.
