Your VeggiesOlivia's Green Smoothie of the Momenthandful of fresh spinach1/2 to 1 whole ripe bananahandful of pineapple (fresh or frozen)handful of mango (fresh or frozen)1 cup of pineapple coconut juiceBlend well and enjoy!*On a side note, she has been known to add in a handful of almonds andpossibly some berries, and she says it is equally delicious.Green PB & J1 cup of frozen kale2 TBSP of all natural peanut butter (no salt, sugar, or oil added)1/2 cup fruit of choice (I prefer strawberries)1 banana1 cup of unsweetened almond milkStart by blending on the lowest setting and work your way up to thehighest setting.
