      Cross Creek Grilled Chicken Pasta Salad

      Grilled Chicken Pasta Salad

      1/2 package Mini Bowtie pasta, (cook according to package instructions)

      4 ounces fresh Mozzarella cheese, cubed

      1 cup shredded Carrots

      1 cup or 1 small Zucchini, cubed

      1 cup Craisins

      1 cup Broccoli, cut into small bite size pieces

      1/4 cup fresh Basil, chopped

      3 grilled Chicken breast, cut into bite size pieces

      Stir together in a large bowl.{}

      Dressing:

      1/2 cup Olive oil

      Zest of 1 Lemon

      Juice of 1 Lemon

      1 teaspoon crushed Garlic

      1/2 teaspoon salt & pepper

      2 Tablespoons White Balsamic Vinegar

      Stir together and pour over pasta mixture. Top with toasted almond slices.
