      Grilled Pork Tacos, 4/5/12

      Marinade for pork, you can use chicken is you prefer.

      3 tablespoon white vinegar

      2{}tablespoon orange juice

      1 onion, diced

      2 Chipotle pepper in adobo sauce

      1 teaspoon garlic

      1 teaspoon black pepper

      1 teaspoon chili powder

      1 teaspoon salt

      pinch cinnamon

      mix above together and puree in a blender or food processor and pour into a resealable plastic bag.

      Add to marinade, your pork (I like a pork tenderloin, cut in bit sized pieces) or chicken.

      Refrigerate for 1 to 4 hours, remove meat from marinade and grill or pan fry till done.

      Serve in warm flour tortilla and top with:

      cilantro

      avocados mashed in salsa verde

      sour cream mixed with some of your left over Chipotle

      grilled pineapple

      lime wedge
