Halo recalling infant blankets due to choking risk

Moms and dads will want to check tosee if they own any of the SleepSacks that are being recalled.

Baby products maker HaloInnovations Inc. is recalling 27,000 of the wearable blankets because of achoking hazard. The sleepsacks were sold at Babies R Us from December 2011through July 2013 for about $25.

The recalled garment is white, haspink ruffles and a pink satin rose. The rose on therecalled SleepSack can detach and pose a choking hazard.

Halo has received six reports ofpetals detaching from the garment. That includes one report of an infant whogagged on the detached flower.
