      Head-on collision kills two people

Two people have died and two others are injured after a head-on collision.

It happened around 10 Sunday morning near the 9200 block of Stagecoach Road.

According to a statement from Little Rock Police Spokesperson Sergeant Cassandra Davis, 20-year old Ladrill White was driving northbound in a Chevy Trail Blazer, when her vehicle veered to pass another car in that lane and crashed into an on-coming Chevy Lumina with three passengers.

49-year old Patricia Miller and 26-year old Blake Brown were apparently killed on impact.

A nine-year old child in the back seat was taken to a nearby hospital and underwent surgery for a head injury.

White suffered injuries to her legs and is recovering from non-life threatening injuries at a local hospital.
