Hearts of Palm & Shrimp, 8/16/12

1/4 cup hearts of palm

2 tbsp onion

2 tbsp bell pepper

1/4 cup squash

8 shrimp

1/4 cup citrus orzo

1 tbsp butter

In a large skillet, heat butter until smoking. Then, add shrimp and cook 2 minutes. Add all veggies and adjust seasoning. Serve over pasta.
