Inspection to require lane shift in Hot Springs

HOT SPRINGS, Ark. (AP) - Arkansas highway officials say a bridge inspection will require a lane shift next week in Hot Springs.

The Arkansas State Highway and Transportation Department says traffic in the westbound lane of Highway 70 (East Grand Avenue) will shift to the shoulder. The bridge is located just east of the Martin Luther King Expressway.

The lane shift will take place Wednesday between 9 a.m. and 3 p.m., weather permitting. Traffic will be controlled using cones and warning signs.
