Jacksonville man dies in wrong-way crash

LITTLE ROCK, Ark. (AP) - Authorities say a Jacksonville man is dead after a head-on crash on Interstate 440 in central Arkansas.

Arkansas State Police say the crash happened Sunday night. According to a preliminary report, 34-year-old Brian Ott was driving in the wrong direction in the eastbound lanes and crashed head-on into an oncoming SUV.

State police say Ott's truck then struck a concrete barrier where it came to a rest.
