LITTLE ROCK, Ark. (AP) - Little Rock is now providing online access to maps that show the progress of debris collection from the Christmas Day winter storm.
The storm dumped 10 inches of snow on the city and damaged a tremendous number of trees.
The storm left behind an estimated 22,000 tons of fallen limbs and trees. The city has been working to collect the debris for more than two months and about 9,000 tons have been collected, so far.
The web pages are accessible through www.LittleRock.org and show where the debris has been picked up.Copyright 2013 The Associated Press. All rights reserved. This material may not be published, broadcast, rewritten or redistributed.
