Little Rock woman missing for 40 days with few clues to lead police
A Little Rock woman has been missing since March 24.
The past 40 days have been gut wrenching for Patrice Smith's family who want and need answers.
Smith's sister, Maria Hairston said, "Whole lot of different emotions. Angry, sad, confused, lot of false hopes."
29-year-old Patrice Smith was last seen with her ex-boyfriend, 30-year-old Michael Robinson. Robinson has a criminal history, including drugs, and weapons, and often carries a gun. Patrice had an order of protection against him and her family says he has hurt her before.
"We don't know if she's alive, or if he just has her held somewhere," said Hairston.
Robinson was driving a 2004 tan Ford Explorer with an Arkansas Game and Fish license plate, GFYIH.
"Just put yourself in our shoes. What if it was you. What if was your family going through this. Help us to get some closure, and peace, and to move on with our life. Call. You don't have to tell us. You don't have to tell a friend. Reach out to the police department and just help us," said Hairston.
In addition to the Crimestoppers reward, the family is offering a $5000 reward for information that leads to solving this case. If you can help, call the Crimestoppers hotline at 371-4636. All calls will be kept confidential.
