Potatoes - 2 cups sauteed in olive oilCorn - 1/2 cup roastedOnions - 1 sauteedPeppers - 1/2 red and 1/2 green, sauteed with onionChicken - six chicken tenders cut into chunks and cooked in butterSausage - browned in oven and slicedParsley - mincedSalt and Pepper to tasteGarlic - to taste

Combine all of the above ingredients and heat ( tossing as needed) until warmand ready to serve.
