Man reportedly knocks on doors of Little Rock homes naked

An arrest report says a Little Rock man got naked and beat on doors of Hillcrest homes.

Officers say 39-year-old Louis Vines took his clothes off Friday and started beating on doors as he walked down Harrison Street.

He was arrested at Harrison and C streets and charged with disorderly conduct.

Witnesses also told officers he tried to rob a woman, but police couldn't find a victim.
