      Update: Man stabbed to death, suspect in custody

      LITTLE ROCK (KATV) - A man is dead after being stabbed Monday morning.

      According to a statement from Little Rock Police Department spokesperson Sergeant Cassandra Davis, officers were called to the 1600 block of Elm Street just before 6 a.m. and found 30-year-old Marcus McFee suffering from multiple stab wounds to his upper body.

      McFee was taken to a Little Rock hospital for treatment and died around 7 p.m.

      Police searched for 59-year-old Kenneth L. Smith, whom they believe to be an ex-boyfriend of McFee's female friend.

      Officers found Smith just after 9 p.m. near the 2100 block of Battery Street.

      Smith is charged with first degree murder.
