Mexican Seafood Cocktail, 4/10/13

1/2 lime, juiced

1/2 cup cocktail sauce

1/2 cup bloody mary mix

2 tablespoons olive oil

1/2 bunch cilantro, diced

1/2 onion, diced

1/4 cup red bell pepper, diced

1 tomato, diced

1{}jalapeno, fine diced

2 Serrano peppers, fine diced

salt, pepper, garlic and Italian seasoning to taste

hot sauce, opinion al

Mix above together in a bowl and add:

1 pound of small to medium shrimp, cooked and peeled

crab meat, you can use the fake

1 avocado, diced

Gentle fold in the shrimp, crab and avocado. Serve with tortilla chips.
