Shrimp Brandisi:

1 Tablespoon of olive oil6-8 shrimp (medium size)1/2 portabella mushroom sliced1 tablespoon of chopped garlic1 tablespoon of breadcrumbs6 oz of angel hair pasta2/3 oz of lemon butter (your preference)

LEMON BUTTER: 3-4 cloves of garlic sauteed in 1 tablespoon of butterAdd 3 oz of white wine and reduce to half the amount.Add 2 tbls of cream, 2 tbls of lemon juice, and turn heat off. Add 1 stick of butter and incorporate. Be careful not to break the sauce.
