UPDATE: Search to resume Tuesday for Amber Alert teen

Lit candles filled a block of downtown Walnut Ridge Monday evening, many of those in attendance friends and classmates of missing teenager, Sydney Randall.

Others that attended a prayer vigil{}were there to lift{}prayers{}and support for Randall and her family, as crews continue to hold out hope of finding the 14-year-old alive.

Randall was last seen at her home late Saturday night.

Since being reported missing Walnut Ridge Police Chief Richey Thatcher tells Channel 7 multiple agencies have used a variety of search teams with dogs, dive teams and airplanes.

Late Monday night officials were mapping out the areas they had searched{}thus far, after tracking down several leads.

Chief Thatcher said crews are set to begin their search again at daylight on Tuesday.

WALNUT RIDGE (KATV, KAIT) - Arkansas State Police issued a Morgan Nick Amber Alert Monday afternoon for a missing 14-year-old not seen since Saturday night.

Sidney Nicole Randall was last seen around 10:00 p.m. wearing a brown Aeropostale jacket. She is described as 5'04" weighing 85 pounds with green eyes and brown hair slightly longer than shoulder length.

The Lawrence County Sheriff's Office told our ABC station in Jonesboro, KAIT, that Sidney's stepfather, John Cornell, was found dead Monday afternoon on a farm road just outside Walnut Ridge. He had a gunshot wound but investigators would not specify if it was self-inflicted.

John Cornell had been named the primary suspect in Sidney's disappearance.
