The third man to be arrested in the September 2010 murder of a Forrest City man is now back in St. Francis County after his extradition from San Diego, Calif.
Clayton Douglas Johnson, 30, was booked into the county jail Wednesday after Forrest City Police Department officials served arrest warrants on him in California for the Sept. 25, 2010, murder of Roosevelt Willis during a drive-by shooting.
Johnson, who was arrested by California officials last week, is charged with first-degree murder, criminal attempted first-degree murder, engaging in criminal group activity and unlawful discharge of a firearm. Willis' daughter, Granada Lay, was also injured during the shooting.
Johnson is being held in the county jail on a $500,000 bond.
Two other men, Anthony Antwon Millbrooks and Jerry Millbrooks Jr., have also been arrested in the case on the same charges. According to a press release from the FCPD, the department is still actively investigating the case.
