Officers, firefighters raise money for Special Olympics Arkansas

Police officers and firefighters took to the parking lot of the Wal-Mart Supercenter in North Little Rock this weekend for the annual "Boots and Badges" fundraiser.
The fundraiser supports Special Olympics Arkansas.
The money raised from "Boots and Badges" will help Special Olympics Arkansas provide training to the 14,000 athletes and necessary equipment throughout the year as the athletes train to participate in sports and Olympic style competition.
Sunday, the group will be at the Wal-Mart SuperCenter on Maumelle Blvd. in North Little Rock until 8:00 p.m.
