The Ouachita County Sheriff's Office tells Channel 7 News they believe she is a runaway, but could be in danger.
Nussey's mother said on Tuesday she fears her daughter may have left the state with her uncle, Phillip Nussey, who the family has a protection order against. They are believed to be driving in a white Crown Victoria.
The family searched overnight Monday, and continues to actively look for the teen at multiple locations they believe she may be. Arkansas State Police, the FBI and U.S. Marshals are helping to look for Nussey, according to Sgt. Vincent Mills with the sheriff's office.
Nussey's mother said her daughter has tried to run away once before.
If you have any information on her whereabouts or have seen her lately, you're urged to contact the Ouachita County Sheriff's Office at (870) 231-5300.
