PARAGOULD (KATV) - A northeast Arkansas OB-GYN pleaded not guilty Friday to five counts of voyeurism. Dr. Paul Becton appeared before Circuit Judge Brent Davis at the Green County Courthouse, where he waived formal arraignment and entered a plea of not guilty. An Arkansas State Police investigation revealed Becton photographed a patient in the nude without her knowledge, consent, or approval. Becton was arrested April 16 in Newport. He was released the next day after posting a $500,000 bond. A pre-trial date is set for September 2, and a jury trial is set to begin September 15 before Circuit Judge Barbara Halsey.
