      Pasta Lindy, 8/21/12

      4 oz sliced grilled chicken

      1 cup cooked bowtie pasta

      1/3 cup roasted red bell pepper

      1/3 cup green peas

      2 strips of bacon chopped

      3 cloves of garlic minced

      2 oz white wine

      1/2 cup heavy cream

      1/4 cup parmesan cheese

      1 Tbs olive oil

      Ferneau Seasoning

      In a hot skillet in order add oil, garlic, bacon, chicken, & peppers. Stir constantly until garlic has a nice golden color then deglace with wine, add cream & pasta, bring to a boil then finish with cheese & peas. Let simmer until sauce thickens then adjust flavor with Ferneau Seasoning{}
