PULASKI COUNTY (KATV) - The employee accused of stealing three sewing machines from the Pulaski County Special School District pleaded not guilty Friday.
Rena Mae Walker, an IT worker in the district, was charged with stealing the industrial sewing machines from the family and consumer science program. She then allegedly tried to sell the machines - valued at about $23,000 - on eBay.
At last check, Walker was being held in lieu of $3,500 bond.
She was suspended until the district can complete their investigation.
