      Peter BraveBrave New Restaurant Ingredients: 1 - 6oz salmon filet 2 cups fish fumet 1/2 lemon 1/4 cup celery - diced 1/4 cup onion - diced 1/4 cup carrot - diced 1/4 cup tomato - diced 2 cooked new potatoes 1 tbsp butter Preparation: Combine all ingredients in an oven-proof container that will hold liquid Bake approximately 15 minutes in a 425 oven Serve in bowl
