Ark. man arrested in Idaho, charged with using cell phone to "flash" women
BOISE, Idaho (AP) - Police in Boise who responded to a complaint about a man using his cellphone to show his genitals to a woman arrested the man when they found nearly 30 pounds of marijuana in his motel room.
KTVB-TV reports that 54-year-old Jeffery B. Ash of Fayetteville, Ark., was taken into custody Tuesday evening.
Police say they were investigating the woman's complaint when they noticed a strong odor of marijuana and found 28.5 pounds of marijuana contained in two duffel bags.
