Search continues for missing father and infant

A prayer vigil was held Sunday for a missing Greenwood father and his infant son.

33-year-old Brian Floyd and 10-month-old Harper Floyd have been missing since Friday night.

Police are still looking for Floyd's dark green and gold 1997 GMC pickup truck with Arkansas license plate 288 TRP. They believe it was last seen in the Ouachita mountains area south of Blue Mountain.

Floyd was arrested on July 20 after he called the police to complain about a woman breaking into his home and driving around the premises. According to the police report, Floyd was driving around his home and was advised to get out of the car.

Police were informed that Floyd had a history of mental issues. A family member told authorities that Floyd had been having issues with his medications.

When Floyd called authorities he said he saw "police dressed in black and police dogs walking around his property and on his roof before the female broke into his house".

Police searched the home and found nothing stolen or damaged.

Floyd was arrested and taken to Sebastian County Adult Detention Center for communicating a false alarm.

The baby's mother, Brooke Floyd, was arrested and taken to the Yell County Jail in Dardanelle. She is being charged with endangering the welfare of a minor in the 1st degree and hindering apprehension or prosecution.

Meanwhile, the search for Brian and Harper Floyd continues.

A community facebook page called 'Team Harper' was started in an effort to find the Floyd and Harper.
