      4-6 pork loin chops

      1-small yellow or white onion

      1-lg. (14 oz.) can sliced mushrooms, drained

      2-tbl olive oil

      2-tbl Worcestershire sauce,{}

      1-tbl Cajun seasoning

      {}

      Arrange chops in glass baking dish.{} Drizzle with oil, Worcestershire sauce and sprinkle with seasoning.{} Cover with mushrooms and onions; cover dish with aluminum foil.{} Bake in 375 degree preheated oven for 35-40 minutes.{} Uncover; bake additional 10 minutes.
